of integrating the port to the city, extending the downtown
area. The docks were refurnished to become office buildings
on the upper floors and allocate sumptuous restaurants
along the river.

Apartment located in the residential zone of Puerto Madero.
It has a living room and a bedroom, all of 62m2 for two
guests.
The decoration has very nice and refined, modern details,
pictures, carpets, and furniture in a beautiful black
wood (wengue).
The living room has a comfortable armchair in white leader
with red cushions, a cofee table also in black wood and
glass on it and a big sideboard and a table set with six
chairs. From the living you can go to the big balcony
facing to a park of 7 hectares. In the balcony there is
a table set too to enjoy sitting there in the fresh air.
The kitchen is big too, there is a fridge, microwave,
all is new and it ends in a dinning room with a round
table and four chairs which look to the street and has
a door to the balcony too.
The bedroom has a double bed and two night tables and
also it has a door to the balcony which is in a complete
wall made of glass, like a big window where you can see
the beautiful landsacape.

curtains and cushions. Through a glass door you access a
large balcony with an open view of the docks and the city.
