on the first floor (one level above a very quiet street)
with a private entrance from the elevator and wooden floors.
It has a large living room, bright, and very well decorated
with a three person sofa, two armchairs, ample lighting,
a coffee table and area rug. The kitchen is also large and
well-equipped with fridge and freezer, micro-wave and regular
oven, and gas range with ventilating hood. Included are
a full set of cooking utensils and table settings needed
to prepare and enjoy meals. Next to the kitchen is a laundry
room with washer and dryer and maid’s quarters with
a bathroom. A daily dining room with a round glass table,
six chairs, a small sofa and TV is also adjacent to the
kitchen. The principal bedroom has its own private bathroom,
a double bed, two nightstands, a TV and large mirror. In
the bathroom there is a Jacuzzi. The second bedroom has
two single beds with a night table and spacious wardrobes.
There is a third room with a double-sized futon and a sitting
area. In addition to the two bathrooms mentioned above,
there is a full bathroom with hydro-massage and a small
toilette off the living room. There is an air conditioner
in the main bedroom.
