These conditions are valid exclusively for Apartment rentals.

Reservation of our services should be made with a 20% deposit of the total amount.

* Apartments are rented at least for a minimum of 7 days, some apartments have a minimum stay of more days and sometimes a month.

* At your arrival you have to pay a deposit warranty which will be returned at the end of the contract.
* Alojargentina's fee is the 15% of the total amount and has to be paid at the moment of contract signing.
* When the Guest arrives, a member of Alojargentina staff will meet him/her at the apartment, where, after signing the contract and the inventory, the guest will pay the rest of the amount of the contract. Only cash in USD is accepted .
* In the same way, when the contract finishes Alojargentina will be at the apartment which will be given back in the same conditions as it was received, and if any damage was made in the apartment, the client will pay for it according to inventory.
